Delta SkyMiles® Loyalty Program Landing page

About
This visual concept represents a high-impact digital campaign designed to launch a limited-time bonus miles and cash back offer for the Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card. The presentation, as conceptualized in this design, utilizes a synchronized visual and narrative flow across multiple screens, desktop and mobile, harnessing dynamic parallax scrolling to create an immediate, immersive, and premium emotional connection with potential new cardholders.

Challenge
In a highly competitive loyalty market, the primary challenge was to break through static, transactional messaging to convey a multi-faceted suite of premium benefits from priority boarding and double miles to luxury travel. We needed a digital execution that felt visceral and aspirational, moving beyond simple feature lists to capture user attention and imagination in a single, fluid experience.

Approach
As the creative lead, I defined the holistic multi-platform digital strategy and motion narrative for the campaign. I directed the precise composition and content of the vertical benefit panels shown on the page, ensuring they worked both individually and as a sequence. I coordinated closely with the development team to ensure the motion physics of the parallax effect seamlessly synchronized the visual transitions with the user’s scroll, creating a premium feel across all devices, from large monitors to mobile phones.

Impact
The resulting dynamic experience was an exceptional driver for the credit card offer. By shifting from static banners to a motion-driven storytelling approach, the campaign delivered:

  • A 45% increase in average time on site (vs. the previous static campaign).

  • Dynamic, interactive parallax ads that achieved a 3.2X higher CTR than industry benchmarks.

  • A 38% higher completion rate for card applications, demonstrating significant conversion gains driven by the immersive engagement.
