Voice Verified is a voice biometric authentication platform that enables users to securely verify their identity using their unique voiceprint. This interactive concept was created as an executive proof of concept to demonstrate the platform's capabilities and showcase how voice authentication could become a seamless, user-friendly alternative to traditional passwords and security questions.

Challenge
Voice biometrics was still an emerging technology, making it difficult for stakeholders and prospective clients to visualize how it could work in a real-world product. The challenge was to create an engaging demonstration that communicated the technology's capabilities while delivering a polished, cinematic experience inspired by the perspective of a covert intelligence operative, making advanced security feel both innovative and approachable.

Approach
I led the UX strategy, creative direction, and experience design for the concept, working closely with stakeholders to shape the product vision. I partnered with a talent agency to identify and cast the right on-screen spokesperson, collaborated with the scriptwriter to develop a narrative that aligned with the user journey, and coordinated production using a makeshift green-screen studio. As animations and interface concepts evolved throughout production, I worked closely with the team to synchronize live-action footage with motion graphics and interactive elements, creating a seamless experience that blended storytelling with product demonstration.

Impact
The finished concept successfully brought an emerging technology to life, allowing stakeholders to experience Voice Verified through an immersive, end-to-end demonstration rather than technical documentation alone. By combining UX storytelling, live-action production, animation, and interactive design, the presentation effectively communicated the product vision, demonstrated the value of voice biometrics, and helped build confidence in the platform's future direction.
