UnitedHealthcare Medicare Shopping Experience Mobile App

These screens represent a portion of the early concepts we presented in person to Medicare shoppers during onsite research sessions at UnitedHealthcare. Insights gathered from those sessions informed an enhanced interactive prototype that was further validated through targeted usability testing. The initial prototypes focused on the beginning of the shopping journey, guiding users from ZIP code entry through plan type selection and into personalized plan recommendations. As users provided additional information, the experience dynamically adapted to present increasingly relevant options, creating a more personalized and intuitive enrollment journey.
